Customer ke pack ka monthly price bataaye
(PF/PL ko hatane ke baad ka amount bataiye) aur puchein ki kya customer
pack se koi channel hataana ya lagaana chaahte hain?
Mai aapko channels bata deta/deti hoon yadi aap koi channel nahi dekhte
hain to main uss ko hata data/deti hoon uss se aap ka package cost kam ho
jayeiga.
Inform monthly pack price (After deducting PF/PL amount) & check
whether a customer wants to add or remove any channel from his/her current
pack.
I am telling you all channel names which are available in your current
pack, if you don’t watch any of them then I can remove that channel from
you're pack so the package price will be reduced.
(Customer ko unke maujuda pack mei uplabdh
channels/VAS/ Genre ke anusaar channel ke naam bataye aur unki pasand
puchein. Joh VAS/Channel/ Bouquet/Genere customer ko pasand nahi hai usko remove kar de. Pack ko resize kar k nayi FMR bataaye).

Customer ko minimum recharge 100 Rs batayein
aur agar customer ko long recharge offer chaahiye to 3 mahine pe 7 din
free offer bataayein.
Inform minimum Recharge Rs 100/-, if a customer wants long recharge offers
then inform 7 days extra on 3 Months recharge offer.

validity ka benefit aur saath mein 35 rs ka bachat mil Raha hai.
